Copyright & Content Usage Policy

Unless otherwise stated, original content published by TDisrupt is protected by copyright. Limited quotation and AI-assisted search and discovery are permitted with appropriate attribution, while substantial republication, commercial reuse, bulk scraping, syndication, and AI model training require prior written permission.

1. Ownership

TDisrupt owns or licenses its original articles, research, graphics, branding, newsletters, images, videos and other content, unless stated otherwise.

2. Quoting

Short quotations are allowed with clear attribution to TDisrupt and a link to the original TDisrupt article.

3. Republishing

Full or substantial republication is not allowed without our written permission.

4. Commercial use

TDisrupt content may not be sold, repackaged, licensed or commercially reused without authorisation.

5. Syndication

Publishers and platforms must obtain permission or a syndication agreement before redistributing TDisrupt content. Syndication and partnership requests go to [email protected].

6. Scraping

Bulk scraping, mirroring, automated extraction and systematic copying are not allowed without permission. Our RSS feeds are provided for personal and standard reader use.

8. AI training

Using TDisrupt content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate or build commercial AI models or datasets requires our prior written permission.

9. Third-party material

Some images, trademarks, research, data and other materials may belong to third parties and remain subject to their own rights. Our permission does not extend to that material.

10. Attribution

Any permitted use must credit TDisrupt and link to the original source.

11. Unauthorised use

TDisrupt may request removal of unauthorised copies and take appropriate action where necessary.
