1. Editorial independence
TDisrupt makes editorial decisions independently. Commercial relationships, including advertisers, sponsors and partners, must not determine what we cover, how we cover it, or what conclusions we reach.
2. Accuracy
We verify facts before publication. Where possible we rely on reliable primary sources, such as filings, official statements, original research and direct interviews, or on credible secondary sources. If we cannot verify something, we say so or leave it out.
3. Sources and attribution
We clearly attribute data, research, quotes and third-party claims so readers can judge them for themselves. We avoid misleading or unverifiable claims, and we link to source material where we can.
4. Corrections
We correct factual errors promptly. Significant corrections are disclosed transparently on the article rather than changed silently. To report an error, email [email protected] with a link and the detail that needs attention.
5. Use of AI
AI tools may assist with research, drafting, editing, transcription or analysis. Human editors remain fully responsible for everything we publish, including checking facts, sources and tone before publication.
6. Conflicts of interest
We disclose relevant financial, business or personal relationships when they could affect, or appear to affect, our coverage. Where a conflict cannot be managed, the piece is reassigned or not published.
7. Sponsored content
Sponsored, partner and paid content is clearly labelled and kept distinguishable from independent editorial work. Sponsors do not review or approve our independent journalism.
8. Originality
We do not plagiarise. We credit external reporting, research, images and data properly, and only use material we have the right to use.
9. Opinion versus reporting
We aim to make clear what kind of content you are reading. Reported stories, briefs, analysis, opinion, commentary and research are distinguished so readers can tell fact from interpretation.
10. Sensitive and market-moving topics
We take extra care with topics that can affect decisions or markets, including:
- Financial markets, companies and investments.
- Digital assets.
- Security and vulnerabilities.
- Emerging technology claims.
We do not present speculation as fact, and our content is not financial, legal or investment advice.
11. Backing and research
TDisrupt is backed by SUF Digital UK Ltd. If SUF Digital materially contributes research to a specific piece, we disclose that clearly within the piece.
